STEP 1: Send Us Your Credit Report

The process begins with you either mailing, emailing or faxing us copies of your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus. If you do not have a current copy of your Credit Reports and Scores you can visit www.annualcreditreport.com and gain immediate access to your  Credit Report ABSOLUTELY FREE.

Due to the fact that the credit bureaus will only send information directly to you, it is vital to the process that you forward both your credit report and any other correspondence from the bureaus directly to us.

Receipt of this information is an extremely important part of the process as these are the documents which provide our credit coaches with the information necessary to begin formulating their specific strategy for your individual case. These initial credit reports will also be used later to show you the incredible results the Box of Credit team is confident it will accomplish for you. Updated reports should be sent to us every three months.

STEP 2: Personal Consultation with Your Credit Coach

After receipt and initial analysis of your credit reports, your personal credit coach will contact you and discuss the individual details of your case. During this direct communication with your credit advocate you will be advised as to what items are going to be disputed and the strategy that has been created by our team to ensure that the problematic areas are best addressed.

STEP 4: Sit Back, Relax and Enjoy Financial Freedom

The credit bureaus are required by law to fully investigate your claim within a 30 day time period. After the completion of your claim submitted by the Box of Credit team, the bureaus are required to send you their results and an updated copy of your credit report. Once you receive the bureaus response and get over all of the excitement that your new financial freedom creates, please make a copy for yourself and send the original documentation to us.
